Ladies, put your hands together for our very first featured lady!
Miss A. came in the studio having fun from the minute she stepped foot through the door! Her bubbly personality mixed with her beauty made for such a fun shoot! We cannot wait until she comes back for her Bridal Boudoir Session!
How did you feel before you came in for your shoot?
I was nervous before I came in for my shoot. Doing something like this I felt like I was completely out of my comfort zone. I hadn't been feeling too fantastic about myself and my body lately, so I wasn't sure what to expect from myself, let alone from getting photos taken. I didn't think I would feel comfortable or choose to bare it all, but I tried to go into it with an open mind.
What made you choose Alli Murphy Photography?
I was told about Alli through a friend who had bridal photos done for her husband. She had told me how amazing Alli was, and really just overall how fantastic Alli had made her feel throughout the shoot. Once I saw the photos and heard all about her experience, I was sold.
Tell us your favorite part of your experience...
I have to say my favorite part of the experience was just how Alli made me feel, and how awesome she was. I felt like when I first got on the phone with Alli to book my appointment, I had known her for years, she had the warmth in her tone like an old friend, and that definitely translated into the photoshoot. Before I knew it, we just jumped in! I didn't even realize how quickly the time had passed, because I was honestly just having so much fun with Alli and the friend I had brought along, laughing, talking and posing.
How did you feel about your pictures?
The pictures came out phenomenal. Alli had showed me some shots along the way, but I had no idea when I came back to see them revealed that they'd be so stunning. I barely even recognized myself! The shy girl who went into the photoshoot was definitely NOT showing through in those pictures! Seeing them in large scale and how they came out just made me happier than ever.
What are your thoughts on your final photos/product?
I got a photo book from Alli, which was a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I kind of did this as a "test run" for a Bridal Boudoir photoshoot and I was SO unbelievably happy with the final product when I got my book, and so was my girlfriend!
Was this a gift for someone? What was their reaction?
My girlfriend was stunned when she opened the book... I had kept this under wraps for about three months from her, and she had no idea that this was what I was getting myself into. She couldn't believe how phenomenal the photos came out, and how beautiful I looked in every picture.
Additional thoughts or comments?
Rosanna was also super fun to work with, she started with my hair and her upbeat attitude throughout getting made up was awesome. She talked with me, laughed with me, looked through makeup photos with me, and even gave some great pointers on posing as she had done a shoot herself a few months back.
After feeling pretty down about myself lately, this gave me all the confidence in the world. I highly recommend Alli especially, because of how confident she makes you feel and how great you feel leaving the shoot. And when I got the photos back, the feedback was just so great, it really made me feel good about myself.
